What this policy covers

This policy describes information used to operate Chuttamalle AI at chuttamalleai.org. The tool accepts two adult reference photos and requests an original video from a configured third-party generation provider. Do not upload sensitive documents or photographs you are not authorized to use.

Information used by the service

• Account information: details you provide during sign-in or registration, along with session records needed to keep you signed in.
• Uploaded photos: the images you choose for generation and file information needed to accept and store the upload.
• Generation information: your generation request, selected settings, task status, result references, and related credit transactions.
• Billing records: one-time credit-pack orders, payment status, and refund or dispute records. Payment credentials are handled through the configured payment provider.
• Support messages: the content and attachments you submit through account support, and information supplied in content reports or appeals. Do not attach illegal or intimate material to a report.

These records support account access, generation, result retrieval, credit accounting, billing reconciliation, and investigating reported issues. Session and preference cookies may be used to keep you signed in and remember choices such as language or theme.

Uploads and external providers

The service sends its fixed generation text to Waffo Prompt Sift for a safety check. This check does not send your uploaded photos or generated video to Waffo. Successful generation requests retain limited safety-check information, such as the verdict, request reference, and check time, alongside the task; failed checks use limited operational error codes.

To generate a video, the service stores the uploaded images and supplies references to the configured video provider. That provider processes the request and produces output; the service records the task and result information needed to show your video. Hosting, storage, authentication, and payment providers may process information required for their part of the workflow.

Selecting a photo creates a local preview. Submitting generation uploads it to private storage. Account media routes require the task owner to be signed in. The generation provider receives temporary signed links to the input photos; anyone holding one of those links can access that input until it expires. Do not share signed links. A provider may handle request data under its own terms; do not assume photos are never retained or used by that provider unless that has been expressly confirmed.

Retention and requests

Account, upload, task, order, credit, and support records may remain stored to operate the service and resolve issues. This policy does not promise automatic deletion after a particular number of days. Removing a local file or closing a browser tab does not delete an uploaded copy.

For questions about information associated with your account, or to request access or deletion, email support@chuttamalleai.org or sign in and open a support ticket. Describe the relevant account and task; do not include your password. Requests may require identity verification and consideration of records needed for billing, security, or other applicable obligations. Deletion from this service does not automatically confirm deletion of copies held by third parties.

Website analytics

We use Plausible Analytics and Google Analytics 4 on the production website to understand visits, referring sources, devices, and page interactions. Plausible is hosted on our analytics service at top.webpv.top. Google Analytics may use cookies and processes usage data through Google. We do not intentionally send uploaded portraits, generated videos, passwords, or payment-card details as analytics events. You can manage cookies and tracking through your browser controls. Local development and preview hosts are excluded from this site's analytics configuration.

Security and updates

Keep your credentials and media links secure. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the workflow changes; the date shown above identifies the current version. The Terms of Service explain the conditions for uploading photos and using generated results.
