Using the service

These terms apply to Chuttamalle AI at chuttamalleai.org. By using the tool, you agree to these conditions. The tool uses two reference photos to request an original eight-second dance scene. It is an independent service and does not promise affiliation with any artist, film, or music label.

Accounts and authorized photos

Keep your account credentials secure and use accurate information. Only upload photos of adults. You must have permission to use the photos and permission from both people for the generated scene. Do not use someone’s likeness to create a misleading endorsement, impersonation, harassment, sexual exploitation, or other harmful content.

Do not upload unlawful material, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or bypass payment and credit controls. The presence of an upload control does not establish permission to use an image. You are responsible for checking your rights before submitting it.

Generation and results

The configured underlying video generation model is Google Veo 3.1 Fast, accessed through KIE. Purchasing and generation remain unavailable while provider integration and real output validation are completed. See About the service for the current model disclosure.

Generation requires an available provider and enough credits. AI results can contain visual errors, altered features, unexpected movement, or inaccurate details. The service does not guarantee an exact likeness or choreography, a specific creative result, or that every attempt will produce a usable clip. Review the entire video before sharing it.

This tool generates new visuals; it does not provide the original music video or original song. Adding a soundtrack is a separate step. Check the destination platform’s audio options and the permissions for your planned use. Do not present a generated scene as a record of a real performance. These terms do not grant rights to third-party photos, likenesses, music, or other materials.

Content policy and consent

These rules apply to uploaded photos, generation instructions, generated results, and sharing through the service. Use the service only if you are an adult, and upload photos only of adults who have agreed to the proposed generated scene. Permission to possess a photo is not permission to create or publish a video using someone's likeness.

Do not submit, generate, or share:

• Pornography or NSFW material: sexual acts, explicit nudity, sexual exploitation, or nonconsensual intimate imagery.
• Violence or gore: graphic injury, mutilation, or content that promotes or threatens violence.
• Hate content: dehumanization, threats, or encouragement of discrimination or violence against protected groups.
• Child-unsafe material: sexualized depictions of minors, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or exploitation, including synthetic or AI-generated depictions. Photos of minors are not permitted in this tool.
• Deceptive impersonation or deepfakes: using someone's likeness without consent, misleading endorsements, fraud, harassment, or presenting synthetic footage as authentic. Clearly disclose that a shared result is AI-generated.
• Intellectual-property infringement: photos, music, branding, or other material you lack permission to use, or outputs used to infringe another person's copyright or trademark.

The creator uses consent acknowledgements, file validation, and a fixed generation prompt. Before a new generation can proceed, Waffo Prompt Sift must allow that text prompt. A blocked, pending-review, or unavailable check stops the request before generation credits are deducted or the video provider is called.

Prompt Sift checks text; it does not inspect your photos or the generated video. Uploaded photos can influence the generated result even when the fixed text prompt passes. This workflow does not independently screen photos or videos for NSFW content. These controls do not verify a person's age, identity, or consent. A provider's rejection of a request is not a guarantee that all other requests or outputs are safe.

Reports, review, and appeals

Report suspected violations to support@chuttamalleai.org. Include the task or order reference if known, a relevant URL, and a short explanation. Do not attach illegal material, intimate images, identity documents, passwords, or payment-card information. You can describe the concern without reproducing harmful content.

The operator reviews available information and may request limited additional details, restrict a task or account, disable access to media, or take other proportionate action. Reports do not automatically cause purchased credits to be forfeited. Enforcement and any billing adjustment are considered with these terms, the Refund Policy, and applicable rights. You can appeal by replying to the support conversation with the reference and the reason you believe the decision should be reconsidered. We do not promise a fixed response deadline or continuous monitoring.

Credits and payments

The current creation workflow uses 20 credits per generation. Check the displayed cost and available balance before submitting. A new creative attempt may require another charge. When the service confirms that a generation has failed, its original deducted credits are restored once; this is a credit adjustment, not a cash refund. Contact support if the task status and credit history do not match.

Purchases are one-time credit packs, not subscriptions, and do not automatically renew. Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry. They are an account balance for this service, not money, and cannot be transferred to another account or redeemed for cash outside an eligible refund. No scheduled expiry is not a promise of permanent service availability or indefinite media hosting.

The proposed packs are $4.99 for 40 credits (2 generations), $9.99 for 60 credits (3 generations), and $14.90 for 100 credits (5 generations) at the current cost of 20 credits each. Checkout remains unavailable until payment and generation tests are complete. Once purchases become available, review the price, currency, applicable taxes, and conditions shown at checkout before paying. The Refund Policy describes the 14-day request window for an unused whole pack and the review process for other billing issues. A subjective disappointment with an AI result does not guarantee an automatic refund.

Availability and support

Service availability depends on hosting, storage, and third-party generation providers. Features or provider settings may change, and processing can fail or be delayed. Misuse of the service may lead to restricted access. Keep a copy of results you wish to retain; this page does not promise indefinite media hosting.
